Bearings
The MMR Group TransComfort offer includes TBU and WJ+WJP axial bearings, as well as large-size rolling bearings from one of the leading manufacturers in Central Europe, which are used both in the tram and railway industries.
Axial bearings can be adapted to a given implementation, e.g. in terms of the diameter of the inner ring (WJ+WJP bearings) or the amount of lubricant used and the type of seal (TBU bearings). In addition to standard and special bearings, we also offer engineering support at every stage of the production process.
Axial bearings are designed using advanced design and software, and manufactured in accordance with EN 12080 and UIC 510-1 standards as well as TSI standards and the European Maintenance Guide. Verification of bearing parameters is carried out through the manufacturer’s internal tests, using UIC 515-5 and EN 12082 standards.
