The assembly works started on the night of August 22/23 at Pabianicka Street 180 (at the Pabianicka/ Dubois tram stop), where the worn-out weight tensioner was replaced with a modern T-REX 750 tensioning device. The tensioner was installed to the traction pole, on dedicated holders delivered with the device (the tensioner weighs only 50 kg, which is unusual for this type solutions and makes the installation process much easier). The device is visually matched to the supporting structure, which makes it not only functional, but also aesthetic.
The second stage of works (August 23/24) was the installation of two section insulators IS3833 at S. Wyszyński Ave. 88 (before the Retkinia tram loop). The worn-out insulators were replaced with new skid insulators.
