MMR Group TransComfort has implemented the VeloGleis system in Poznań

On March 26-27, 2025, the installation of the modern Velogleis system was completed – single-sided on two tracks in Poznań, at Wielkopolska Ave., commissioned by NDI Energy from Grupa NDI. The project included a track 2×7.5 meters long.

The Velogleis system is an innovative system, which increases the safety of both cyclists and pedestrians on tram and railway tracks. Its steel structure with a core in the form of an extruded elastomer profile creates a completely closed surface during road use, which eliminates the risk of falling into the track gaps. The elastomer profile fills the track groove, ensuring safe cycling, as well as comfortable movement for pedestrians, even in high-heeled shoes.
