Systems apply lubricant with the use of dosing modules to the precisely defined rail surfaces, after the run of a rail vehicle wheel onto the mechanical drive unit.
Curve rail lubrication system has a mechanical drive module which is used to power lubrication devices directly via a flexible shaft, connected on the one hand to a mechanical drive actuator powered by kinetic energy from the wheels of the rail vehicle, and on the other hand to the dosing module of the device. The system does not require an external power source or wheel sensor and can be remotely monitored via email or phone.
