MMR Group TransComfort on the Power Commission

On November 16 and 17, 2023, MMR Group TransComfort participated in the Power Commission organized by Izba Gospodarcza Komunikacji Miejskiej [the Chamber of Urban Transport] in Warsaw.During the meeting and the sponsor’s lecture, it presented modern solutions for the traction network, including traction and tunnel cantilevers, tensioning devices, section insulators and switchboards.

The IGKM Power Commission gathered experts from the electricity industry related to tram, but also trolleybus and metro communication. This year’s agenda included: management of energy infrastructure, ways of saving electricity consumption, reducing electricity costs as well as safe and comprehensive solutions for the urban traction network.

MMR Group TransComfort was one of the sponsors of this year’s Power Commission. It presented technical solutions for 3kV DC and 2x25kV AC traction networks (high-speed and traditional railways, tunnel and non-standard installations), tram and trolleybus networks. Product Manager of MMR Group TransComfort – Adam Mianowski – gave a lecture entitled: “Comprehensive solutions for urban traction network equipment – construction, modernization and maintenance”. Its main point was cooperation with the Italian Bonomi group, which cooperates with over 15 infrastructure managers mainly from Europe and has installed cantilevers and accessories of its own production on over 25,000 km of tracks.

MMR Group TransComfort would like to thank for the professional meeting and invites to contact Product Manager Adam Mianowski regarding modern solutions for the traction network.
